Delay and Contest, prize update

First off, I want to apologize for my long absence. A few personal matters arose and, along with the stress of final exams, I had to reorganize many of my priorities. Secondly, judging has commenced. Judging will be done by all of us admins here. I can't give you a final date on when winners will be announced as it depends on all of his here who have to read all the submissions.
